Return Policy


Used Products aren’t eligible for return.
Our policy lasts 48 hrs. from the day you receive your order. If 48 hrs. have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (for wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Designer Cases are applicable for return if case doesn’t fit, broken or didn’t received by customer and it will be replaced with same design case.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information.

Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee. 

In extreme cases we can refund part of order amount after deductions of Courier Charges + Processing Charges. 

No Refund Policy for COD Orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Used Products aren’t eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

  • Cancel Order

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Whatsapp us at [email protected].

Designer Cases
Designer cases are printed after customer order received on, Designer cases are subject of printing custom pictures on hard plastic case. If you wish refund for designer cases, we will refund rest amount after deducting product cost, delivery cost, taxes and handling fees.
Special Addon Combo Offer
Special Combo Offer items aren’t eligible for exchange or refunds. If customer got any fault in product, they should have to pay shipping cost for replacement of the same. No refunds.
